Introduction

Welcome to GrowDraft. We value your privacy and aim to provide the most transparent experience possible when using our 3D garden planner. This early-access notice describes how the current web and mobile app works. Updated September 22, 2026.

Data Usage

As an early-access tool, GrowDraft stores your garden layouts locally in your browser and optionally syncs them to our cloud infrastructure to ensure you can access your designs across different devices. AI scanning and rendering send your chosen image and, for renders, scene details through our server to Google AI services (Gemini models, including through Vertex AI where configured) when you choose Scan or Generate after the processing notice. New public scans and renders are not added to our stored quality-review library. Internal benchmark images are handled separately. Earlier beta scans may remain in private review storage; contact us to request deletion.

We record AI request timing, outcome, model and usage, and limited operational failure counts with app version and platform. These records do not contain your image, design, password or error-message text. Usage limits use a pseudonymous identifier derived from an account ID or network address. Web analytics measures product usage; the native app does not load Google Analytics. Our cloud service is Supabase, and AI provider handling follows the configured Google service terms.

If you ask the shop to tell you when a product is available, we store that email address and the product's name, and use them only to send that one notice. We do not use the address for a newsletter and never share it. Downloading a free printable asks for no personal details.

Contact [email protected] to request account or retained-data deletion. Local files you export remain under your control. Clearing browser or app data removes local copies; keep an exported backup for important work.
